Feeling a bit down at the moment and yes i'm still off the anti-d's but i'm determined to keep up.
Love my new job and do hope it keeps and evolves.
Friday i put down a deposit for a motorbike.
Prior to christmas i was close to being splattered on the roads and much of it comes down to on a bike your unable to be central to the roads and keep up with the traffic. And before i get the motorbike lecure , i do not intend to not not being central on the roads and winde about like other maniac motorcyclist . I intend to be safe and i've thought carefully on protection on worst case scenario (full leathers and armoured). Safer than a push bike and i can achieve better distances.
Fuel efficiency is great to and only £15 to tax.
Anyway, i pick it up next friday and the first drive is going tough as it's from a none farmilia area briefly.

I've been off the anti d's for two weeks now and seem okay. I'm not allowing myself to believe fully on that concept and i'm doing my protective, carful look after number one thing if i feel sensitive which basically in tails a mix of
Don't talk to people who can make you go off on one inwardly or have issues which you take very to heart. ( can backfire later when people think your being insensitive )
Music - guessing it's the equivalent of dory from finding nemo "just keep swimming". Life has to roll on because it don't give a crap to stop for you.
Exercise or Sleep it off -
Exercise get the stress back on a more relaxing level (also can get rid of allot of housework).
Sleep off - when you wake up you have some time to act before your back at square one or thinking about stresses too much.
Still allot happening but i'm plodding through and moving rather than stalling and feeling overwhelmed.
Guess i doing this blog to help myself and for others to understand my thoughts and to show i'm not cold hearted. It's my heart which tend to destroy me - i think too empathetically others feelings.
I have been told this is a good quality which i guess it is to some extent but it is a true soul destroyer.
